OICL AO 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification (as on 30.11.2025)

Generalist Officer

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)

Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officer

• Master’s degree with Hindi/English as compulsory/exam subject
• Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)

• Maximum: 30 years

Category-wise relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

OICL AO selection will take place in three phases:

1. Prelims Exam (Objective – 100 Marks)
2. Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)
3. Interview

Final merit list will be prepared based on:

• 80% Mains Score
• 20% Interview Score
