Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

Candidates must be either:

  • Citizens of India,
  • Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan,
  • Tibetan refugees settled in India before 01.01.1962, or
  • Persons of Indian origin who migrated from select countries with intention to permanently settle in India.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):

  • Minimum: 20 years
  • Maximum: 28 years
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-Servicemen and others as per government norms.

Educational Qualification:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT is mandatory.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers (Certificate or studied IT in school/college).

Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
