Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
For Class 1–5 Special Teacher
Candidates must have any one of the following (with valid RCI CRR No.):
- 12th + 2-year D.Ed Special Education
- 12th + 1-year DSE
- DCBR + 6-month CWSN Certificate
- PGDCBR + 6-month CWSN Certificate
- MRW Diploma + 6-month CWSN Certificate
- Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf
- Primary Level Teacher Training in Visual Impairment
- Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation – MR (DVR-MR)
- Diploma in Hearing Language & Speech (DHLS) + CWSN Certificate
For Class 6–8 Special Teacher
Candidates must have any of the following:
- Graduate + B.Ed (Special Education) (RCI approved)
- Graduate + B.Ed (General) + One/Two-Year Diploma in Special Education
- B.Ed + PGPDSE / PGPCSE / PG Diploma in Special Education
- Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf / BA B.Ed in Visual Impairment
(Valid RCI CRR No. compulsory)
Age Limit

- OBC / BC: 42 Years
- Female (General/OBC/BC): 43 Years
