Rajasthan Government to Recruit Over 18,000 Candidates This Month: Big Relief for Unemployed Youth
Jaipur | December 15, 2025
In a major boost for unemployed youth in Rajasthan, the state government is preparing to appoint more than 18,000 candidates to government posts this month. The initiative aims to accelerate government recruitment processes and provide timely employment opportunities across multiple departments.

- Issue joining orders without unnecessary delays
- Ensure transparency and merit-based appointments
This move reflects the government’s intent to speed up pending recruitments that were delayed due to administrative reasons.
Role of Employment Fairs (Rojgar Mela)
The Rajasthan government is using Employment Fairs as a platform to:
- Distribute appointment letters
- Provide career guidance
- Connect candidates with government and private employers
However, it was also noted that some departments, including the Food Safety Officer (FSO) division, did not participate in earlier fairs due to ongoing administrative procedures.
Big Relief for Rajasthan Youth
With rising competition and long waiting periods, this decision brings huge relief and renewed hope to thousands of job aspirants. Experts believe that completing these recruitments will:
- Reduce unemployment
- Improve efficiency in government services
- Boost morale among competitive exam candidates
Conclusion
The Rajasthan government’s plan to appoint over 18,000 candidates in December 2025 marks a significant step toward fulfilling employment promises. Aspirants who have cleared exams should stay alert for official notifications, joining dates, and appointment letters.
This initiative is expected to create a positive impact on the state’s employment landscape and strengthen trust among government job seekers.
